Paid Priority Support:

Some support issues may require a member of our support team to have remote access and control of your machine to remedy your issue. In order to have a technician access your device, follow these steps:​

  1. Open the link https://sos.splashtop.com.
  2. Download and run the program from the link. It will show you a 9-digit session code.
  3. Tell the technician the session code during your support session to connect to your device.
